Way back during the ramp-up phase of the Tesla Model 3 (aka “Production Hell”), the Big T thought the best way to get production numbers up would be to build a big ol’ tent at its Fremont factory and produce vehicles in there. That tent was called GA 4. We made jokes about it, understandably, but for its part, Tesla has continued with the whole tent thing as a solution for space constraints at Fremont.
