CLEVELAND, Ohio Last week I explained how Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt each had a realistic shot at reaching 1,000 yards rushing this season. Hitting the Double Grand could make them just the sixth running back duo to accomplish it in the NFL, and the eighth teammates overall.
Former Browns Kevin Mack and Earnest Byner are on the list thanks to their 1985 seasons. The most recent duo to do it was the Ravens Lamar Jackson and Mark Ingram last season.
